How to Place an Order
Shopping at Teem-J Inc. is simple, secure, and faith-centered. Follow these steps to complete your purchase:
Browse and Select
Explore our collections. On the product page, select your preferred size and color swatches, then click Add to Cart.
Review Your Cart
Open the Cart Drawer in the header. Adjust quantities if needed, verify if you qualify for Free Shipping (orders over $150 CAD), and click Proceed to Checkout.
Login / Guest Checkout
Enter your email or phone number. If you have an account, verify with your OTP code. If not, enter your shipping details.
Choose Payment and Complete
Select Stripe (Credit Card), PayPal, e-Transfer, or Bank Transfer. Click Complete Order. You will receive an instant confirmation via Email and SMS.
Payment Options
We accept multiple secure payment methods to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible:
- Credit Card (Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Processed securely in real-time.
- PayPal: Express checkout using your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
- Interac e-Transfer: Direct transfer from your Canadian bank account to payments@teem-jinc.ca. Use answer key Jesus if prompted.
- Bank Transfer: Wire or direct deposit details are generated upon checkout. Your order will ship as soon as payment is confirmed by our bank.

We ship our faith-inspired apparel across Canada, the US, and internationally. All packages are tracked.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your faith apparel. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalized apparel is final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at sales@teem-jinc.ca or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label (Canada only).
Track Your Order
Enter your Order ID (e.g. TJ-123456) below to check the real-time status of your package.
